Since 2019, our little 7-acre certified Organic farm has produced an incredible amount of food. Rooted in care for the soil, the animals, our farmers, and our community, we grow over 70 seasonal vegetables and raise heritage-breed chickens with care, intention, and uncommon quality.

“Market Garden” Design

Our standardized rows are 30 inches wide and 50 or 100 feet long. Our pathways are 18 inches wide for standardized, ergonomic cultivation. We plant, harvest and tend by hand.

Heritage Breed Chickens

Our chickens are a slow-growing, pasture-raised meat breed ideal for free-range systems. Originating from French Label Rouge stock offering superior flavor, foraging ability, and higher omega-3 fats compared to conventional Cornish Cross broilers.

Regenerative, No Till

It all begins with building living soil — enhancing its biology, preserving its balance, and creating fertility that compounds over time. That foundation yields abundant harvests and healthier, hardier plants with greater natural resistance to pests. We’re fortunate to farm on rich black topsoil over sandy loam, which drains well even after heavy rains.
