We are thrilled to offer a limited quantity of local, 100% grass-fed, grass finished beef. This year we have only 6 animals in total so please reserve now as once they are gone they are gone!

HOW IT WORKS:

  2. Pay a deposit to hold your place.

  3. Pick-up your healthy, beautiful beef at Closter Farm & Livestock Co.

Frequently Asked (Questions) Answers:

-Generally, a quarter beef will come out to ~$2500, and a half share will come out to ~$5000. This is a 10% discount off our retail pricing and comes to about $15/lb.

-A Quarter share is roughly 160 pounds of beautiful grass-fed beef and a Half share is 320 pounds. All animals are different and final weights and pricing will be determined after processing.

-All beef are 100% grass-fed and finished on certified Organic pasture in the Catskill region of NY on our sister farm, Catskill Farm & Livestock Co. or from another NY farm in the same region with the same practices.

-You will need ~5 cu ft of freezer space PER 1/4 beef. A Half beef 10 cu ft and a Whole share will require 20 cu ft.

-We are unable to offer the Good Food Bucks discount for beef shares for EBT users, but EBT is accepted for this item.

For all Beef share purchases, check and cash are preferred.
