Beef Shares


  • For fresh shares, look at our fresh beef schedule, linked here. Frozen shares can be accommodated at any time, although inventory varies.

  • For a quarter share, you will receive a 10% discount on meat and a 33% discount on fat & bones

  • For a half share, you will receive a 15% discount on meat and a 33% discount on fat & bones

  • Custom cuts can only be requested on half shares and must be requested ten (10) days prior to the fresh beef date

  • A 50% deposit is required no later than ten (10) days prior to the fresh beef date

  • A quarter share costs about $2,000 and a half share costs about $4,000
