Yes, we do offer some amount of customization for all Shares:
All Share sizes can request NY Strip and Filet OR Porterhouse and T-bone (when available), bone-in rib-eye OR Delmonico (boneless), flanken/kalbi OR classic cut short ribs.
Half and Whole Share sizes may request additional customization. Please send us an email and we will work with you to create the perfect Share for you and your family.
We ACCEPT EBT for all beef shares, however we are unable to offer the Good Food Bucks matching discount.
We accept credit card with a 3% fee.
